If you are interested in learning more about the wonderful sport of Roller Derby, feel free to stop in on any of the Cast Iron Skaters practices which are held Sunday and Wednesday evening from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Practices are held at the AFC arena on Fort Lewis.
